Proteopedia is a wiki site for protein structures. CREST modeling projects may be posted on the Proteopedia site following review by their research mentor and CBM staff for content and quality. A well-designed Proteopedia page will include multiple aspects of the modeling project. Past postings have included video clips displaying salient features of the model, Jmol tutorials, project abstracts, still images, and references.
